SITE INSPECTIONS

Each construction site will be inspected twice weekly by a properly trained and certified Erosion Prevention Sediment Control Inspector. Each Inspector will have the proper software to enable him/her to mark up plans for corrections and maintenance required for the erosion controls.

CORRECTIVE ACTION

The marked-up plans will be sent to each contractor weekly, thus providing them with a clear direction for correcting any deficiencies on the jobsite. A completed report will also be left on site in a SWPP box for the benefit of all on-site management.

POST CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING

SWPP Management LLC will also perform consulting for property owners once construction is completed to ensure that the systems continue to function properly.
